Dear Parents of Future Ballerinas and their Prince Class

The day has arrived - Today’s the day your beautiful little girl or boy is starting ballet. No more sleeps it’s here.

Your thinking what is it going to be like? Is my child going to like it? What’s the teacher like? Is it going to be fun? Is my child going to make friends?

I am here to tell you that it is going to be magnificent – The Classical Studio, Baysides newest Classical Ballet School is all about the individual and connecting with them and finding out how best they tick.  Many young children dream of being a Ballerina (not so many a Prince I’m sad to say)

but  maybe yours will be that child, who knows, but at this stage it’s all about igniting the imagination to find out what’s possible. Discovering co ordination, musicality, introducing the classical ballet stories through story time, dress ups, routine, correct posture, gentle but clear discipline protocol, memory games and of course pointing their toes.

For your young family Classical Ballet is a new exciting somewhat scary unknown place but within a few short weeks and a careful, nurturing, happy atmosphere alongside beautiful passionate kind professional teachers your child with thrive.

Classical Ballet will teach your child over the years so many extra skills that they will be able to take into their world of choice later on in life. 

When enroling your child you will be able to purchase the necessary items from the Ballet School. I feel at this stage it is important however to allow the child to use their imagination and wear their choice of ballet attire they want to wear.
